i was going back through the disney parks blog recently, and came across this great announcement again: wine bar george, featuring master sommelier george miliotes, will be opening in fall 2017. now for most of you that have read my blog, you all know that i absolutely love wine – so when i saw this news, you know that i was extremely excited. set to open at disney springs, this wine bar is designed to feel like a winemaker’s home estate featuring oak wood, warm lighting and a cozy atmosphere. AND the sommelier who is starting this new venture actually was part of the opening team at disney’s california grill.
