you all have probably figured out by now that the hunk in all of my pictures is my wonderful boyfriend, keith. and it’s hard to believe, but today is our one year anniversary. i say it’s hard to believe because quite honestly this year has flown by extremely fast – yet at the same time i feel like i’ve been with him my entire life. funny how that happens. and while it has only been a year, i can’t wait to see what the future brings for us. so with that, i give you the top three things that i’ve learned within this past year.
- love fiercely and with all of your soul
- have open communication
- laugh, and laugh often
i say to love fiercely because that passion is so important in any relationship, and when you do find “your person” it will be so easy to love in this way. my second point, open communication – i’d actually have to say this is probably the most important piece of the puzzle. the fact that i can be 100% open with him holds incredible value to me and that’s what keeps us bonded so well. and my last point, laugh! i can honestly say that keith makes me laugh every single day. there is joy in life, something that we all need to remember. we only live once, so let’s make this life worth living.
