i’ve been trying to decide on the perfect weekend getaway spot for keith’s upcoming birthday and finally made my decision on the location this morning. drum roll please…the hilton orlando bonnet creek resort. this property is pretty much in our backyard, and we’ve had this resort on our bucket list for a while so i figured it would be the perfect opportunity for a staycation. close enough to home but you feel like you are miles away.
the hilton orlando bonnet creek resort had a huge appeal to us as it is surrounded by one of our favorite places, the walt disney world® resort. i know, surprise surprise. but the resort truly looks incredible – featuring a three-acre lazy river pool with a waterslide, 12 restaurant and lounge experiences AND there is an award-winning spa at the adjacent waldorf astoria® orlando. there is even a 18-hole championship course on property, the waldorf astoria® golf club.
i can’t wait to share our experiences from the resort in a short couple weeks. so stay tuned.
