happy cinco de mayo!
there is no place i’d rather feature today than la cava del tequila in the mexico pavilion at epcot. always a stop along world showcase, this location really showcases the true heritage and tradition of tequila making in mexico. it doesn’t hurt that they also serve up some of the best margaritas around. in addition to their margaritas, la cava has a full list of tequilas ranging from tequila blanco all the way to their specialty tequilas to suit everyone’s taste.

tequila, melon liquer, fresh avocado, agave nectar, and fresh lime juice
served frozen with a hibicus salt rim
jalapeno margarita
tequila, muddled jalapenos, fresh lime juice, agave nectar, muddled cucumbers
served on the rocks with a hibiscus salt rim
all of these choices go extremely well with one of my favorites, the trio combo (salsa, queso and guacamole).
if you are ever at epcot, be sure to stop by la cava del tequila. you will not be disappointed.
