disney parks blog author, stephen miller, just posted that star wars: force for change is returning to disney parks AGAIN – debuting in booth 3463 at star wars celebration from april 13-16, 2017. as a star wars fan and orlando local, i know many of us are excited that this event is being brought to the orange county convention center – #starwarsnerds unite!
and with this year’s return, disney is offering some of the first retail products for the upcoming and anticipated film: star wars: the last jedi. honestly, i was sold when i saw that bb-8 was one of the characters featured on the shirts and pin – i mean who doesn’t love that droid?! as a reminder, these items go towards an incredible cause. twenty-five percent of the retail sale price will be donated to the U.S. Fund for UNICEF in support of UNICEF Kid Power.
in addition to star wars celebration, these retail product will be released at the following locations:
walt disney world
disney’s hollywood studios – tatooine traders and star wars launch bay
disney springs – star wars galatic outpost and once upon a toy
magic kingdom park – merchants of venus
disneyland
disneyland park – the star trader and star wars launch bay
downtown disney district – d-street and world of disney
remember, these shirts will NOT be available on the disney parks online store or the shop disney parks mobile app.
