after a long monday, i couldn’t wait for a delicious dinner and glass of wine. i mean could you really start off the week any better?! our decision…charcuterie and cooper’s hawk GSM.
this cooper’s hawk wine of the month is a wonderful blend of grenache, syrah and mourvèdre, hence GSM. with rich fruit flavors, this wine paired amazingly with our charcuterie board comprised of french brie, garlic pesto monterey jack cheese, salami, sopressa and prosciutto. oh and i can’t forget the french baguette.
so if you’re ever looking for a great dinner option, try out a charcuterie board. nice and light, but filling enough for a great meal especially paired up with a great wine.
