there is no better way to un-wine-d than with a wonderful glass of vin. and that is exactly what my longtime friend, kayla, and i did on saturday as we traveled the world (well, epcot).
as we ‘traveled’ to the various countries, we ended up deciding on chefs de france in the france pavilion for lunch. it didn’t hurt that we both absolutely love france (as we’ve both traveled there), so it was a clear winner in our book. as we caught up on life and reminisced, we sipped on a 2013 château de ricaud bordeaux supérieur. this great vintage wine had a nice smooth finish, pairing nicely with our french onion soup and charcuterie board.
i definitely recommend this wine and restaurant. if you’re at disney, be sure to look into reservations at chefs de france. absolutely delicious.
