just because i’m across the pond doesn’t mean i’m not going to write my (pretty much) weekly wine recommendation. so since i am currently in germany, i wanted to feature a german wine (or wein).
the wine we’ve been drinking has reminded me a lot of a pinot noir, light but just a little fruit flavor. that is exactly what this wine brings to the table. and let me tell you, it has been delicious. we’ve paired this wine with multiple dinners, but i’d say it pairs best with a nice hearty meal.
