in honor of wine down wednesday, i am featuring one of my favorite cooper’s hawk wines from this year (probably from them ever).

this cooper’s hawk wine is a bordeaux style blend highlighted by its rich and rustic characteristics. i initially pre-ordered one bottle through my cooper’s hawk membership, but after tasting it i knew i had to purchase another. thankfully i did because i already drank one bottle with my best friend. it’s amazing how hours of conversation normally lead to a bottle of wine being gone. but would we have it any other way?
