on this thirsty thursday i’d like to feature a wine from my third wine club membership, cooper’s hawk (i promise it’s my last one).
i really stumbled across cooper’s hawk, as one day after work i decided to hop in for a quick happy hour with a dear friend of mine. ever since my first visit i was hooked, signing up for their wine club on the spot.

we cracked open this bottle last night and wow this blend is truly a marriage of captivating fruit flavors in addition to a well balanced acidity. absolutely delicious.
